One of the most overlooked parts of the awakening journey is learning how to listen to your body’s messages without guilt, fear, or external labels.
Some people are led to stop eating pork—not because it’s a sin, but because:
• Their frequency is shifting and they feel heavy after eating it
• Their dream life becomes foggy or interrupted
• Their digestion becomes more sensitive as their body heals
• Their spirit simply no longer resonates with the vibration it carries
Others continue eating it and feel grounded, nourished, and unaffected—because:
• Their body processes it well and they eat it in balance
• They're in a phase where their focus is on other layers of healing
• They’ve built a lifestyle where stress, intention, and overall health keep them energetically clear
✨ That’s the part most people miss:
Sovereignty means trusting your own alignment more than anyone else’s rules.
What’s "bad" for someone else might be neutral—or even helpful—for you in this season.
And what was aligned for you 6 months ago might not be anymore.
The key is presence.
The key is awareness.
The key is checking in before you check out.
